Kenma Payment, Shipping, Tracking and Returns Policy

Payment

Shop.kenma currently accepts only visa and mastercard for payment.

We process credit card payments after the items purchased have been picked to ensure we do not charge you for something we accidently do not have in stock.

We do not keep credit card numbers on file. Kenma destroy all records of your credit card as soon as the order is shipped.

Shipping

We will ship to within Australia for a flat rate of $10.00 Note there are restrictions on some very large products like ATV Bull Bars (additonal $20.00 freight per order).

When you place an order, we will deliver to your door within 7 days unless you are advised otherwise by our web shop team.

If you are not in Australia shipping will be calculated when you place your order and we will advise you of the cost and eta before shipping.

Tracking

All orders are sent via Australia Post's "eparcel" service.

Just type or copy and paste the LKR number shown for your particular order in the box and click on submit.

Returns 

You may return new and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Return shipping costs are the responsibilty of the purchaser. Should the reason for return be a result of our error, then telephone or email Kenma to arrange return freight service.  

You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods.

Please advise the reason for your return and include the original invoice number along with your full name and address.

We'll do our best to respond via return e-mail within 24 hours of receiving your email within a normal 5 day working week.
