Kenma Payment, Shipping, Tracking and Returns Policy

 

Payment Transactions

Shop.kenma currently accepts only Visa and Mastercard for payment.

We process credit card payments manually after the items purchased have been picked to ensure we do not charge you for something we accidently do not have in stock.

We do not keep credit card numbers on file. Kenma destroy all records of your credit card as soon as the order is shipped.

Shipping Information

We will ship to within Australia for a flat rate of $10.00 via Australia Post.

Note: there are restrictions on some very large products like ATV Bull Bars (additonal $20.00 freight per order). Information is provided on each product page if the item has a freight charge.

When you place an order, we will deliver to your door within 7 days (depending on the location of your ordered item) unless you are advised otherwise by our web shop team.

If no-one is in attendance at time of delivery, the order will be diverted to the closest Australia Post outlet, or relevant courier depot.

We despatch web orders Monday through to Friday and we will make every effort to despatch your order within 24 hours.

Attention International Customers

Many items are no longer eligible for sale or shipment to international destinations outside of Australia. Many items on our webshop are not available for International Customers to purchase. Please contact us if you are from another country.

Tracking

All orders are sent via Australia Post's "eparcel" service.

You can track you order here  http://auspost.com.au/track/

Just type or copy and paste the LKR number shown for your particular order in the box and click on submit.


Stock Availabilty

The stock quantities are not displayed on this website however in some situations stock may have sold out in store, but we will always get in contact with you!
 

Returns Policy

You may return new and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Return shipping costs are the responsibilty of the purchaser. Should the reason for return be a result of our error, then telephone or email Kenma to arrange return freight service.  

You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods.

We'll do our best to respond via return e-mail within 24 hours of receiving your email within a normal 5 day working week.
